SAS is proud to announce that we have another National Merit Scholar! On Friday during Community Announcements, Head of School Karl Sjolund announced that senior Toby Van de Ven has been named a Commended Student in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program! He was presented with a Letter of Commendation from the school and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation in recognition of his achievements. To become a National Merit Scholar, Toby's PSAT scores were in the top 3 to 4% in the country.
