What is Zumba?
Zumba classes are designed to bring people of all body types together for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party with Latin and World rhythms beats. You'll get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. No special equipment is needed. Just wear comfortable shoes and clothes you can dance (and sweat) in.
Do I need to be able to dance?
There's no need to be Fred Astaire or even his lesser-known cousin Bernie. While the ability to keep a beat might be helpful, even the flailing about of the double left-footed will count as exercise and a great cardio workout. Verónica welcomes everyone!
Does Verónica use Venmo?
Sorry, no Venmo. Cash or checks will be welcomed.
