Student Voices is an opportunity for SAS students to share their thoughts and opinions on a variety of issues. Submissions may come from student-delivered Chapel sermons or talks, classroom assignments, and/or student-initiated writings. While the opinions expressed here are solely those of the authors, SAS proudly encourages and celebrates the many diverse voices in our community.
Submission Guidelines: Currently enrolled students may submit original reflections, opinion, or position essays of 1500 words or less for consideration.
With an average tenure of 13 years in education, St. Andrew's-Sewanee teachers know a bit about what they do. They inspire curiosity through their own inquisitiveness, staying current on educational trends, adolescent psychology, and their own personal passions - from sustainable construction to songwriting. Here they share some of their thoughts and wisdom.
