SAS Day Camps

Summer kicks off with our traditional basketball camp the week of Memorial Day. We then offer the first week of Camp SAS June 2-6, followed by our popular soccer camp June 9-13. We then resume with two more weeks of Camp SAS for grades 1-6.

Summer is a great time to enjoy all that SAS has to offer, to meet new friends, and enjoy a week or two of fun summer activity. All of our day camps are run by St. Andrew's-Sewanee with instruction provided by SAS faculty, staff, and alumni.

Soccer Camp

M-F 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Peewee (rising 3rd graders), Junior (rising 4th-5th graders) and Youth (rising 6th-8th graders) Soccer Camps offer players instruction and drills to promote better ball handling skills and game strategy. Soccer camp meets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The camp fee is $TBD and includes a camp T-shirt. Campers are expected to bring their own ball.

Our coaches reserve the right to place children in camp divisions by skill level rather than strictly by grade level.

Campers should bring an extra pair of socks, gym shoes and cleats, lunch, shin pads, soccer ball, sunscreen, a water bottle, a swim suit, and a towel. All campers should be dropped off and picked up at the SAS gymnasium.

Camp SAS is a traditional summer day camp offering an opportunity to play games and do crafts while hanging out with old friends and making new ones. The daily schedule includes group games like capture the flag, dragon tails, soccer, basketball, dodgeball, arts and crafts, hikes, picnics, and swimming at Lake Cheston in Sewanee (lifeguards provided).
If you are considering enrolling at SAS, this camp is a great way to get to know the campus.

Note: This program is limited to 30 participants per each session.

SAS SUMMER DAY CAMP POLICY
REFUNDS: A $25 processing fee will be assessed on any camp cancellations on or before May 20. After May 20, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds if cancelled less than one week prior to the start of camp.

MEDICAL POLICY: Camper(s)'s parents/guardians acknowledge that potential special medical conditions may need additional review by the camp director and further conversation with family members. After review with camp medical staff and administration, in the event that camp staffing is unable to provide a safe and supportive environment for any individual camper, a refund will be provided.
