Application Checklist
- Submit your Online Application through SAS or the Standard Application Online (SAO).
- Request teacher recommendations (current English and Math teachers).
- Request personal recommendation.
- Complete transcript release form.
- Submit standardized test scores.
- TCAP, ERB, CTP, SSAT, ISEE, PSAT, SAT, pre-ACT or ACT
- Submit writing sample (grades 9-12 only).
- Submit TOEFL or Duolingo English test scores (international applicants only).
Criteria for Admission
Admission decisions at St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School are based on a holistic review of an applicant's ability to succeed in a challenging yet supportive college preparatory environment. Academic records, recommendations, test scores, writing samples, and an interview are all considered.
An applicant's file is presented to the Admission Committee when the application process is complete. St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School welcomes qualified students without regard to gender, national origin, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
