Other Ways to Stay in Touch

Each year, hundreds of alumni gather on the SAS campus, in Sewanee, and across the country to reminisce, rekindle friendships, and make new connections. Many share the same memories of beautiful sunsets from Morgan's Steep or Piney Point, of worshipping together in the St. Andrew's Chapel or All Saints', and of the special feeling created by being on the Mountain.

With college preparatory education beginning on the Mountain in 1868, St. Andrew's-Sewanee School is one of the oldest Episcopal boarding schools in the country. This long and honorable inheritance and the devotion of our alumni have contributed to the success of today's St. Andrew's-Sewanee School.

The St. Andrew's-Sewanee Alumni Association is comprised of everyone who attended or taught at SAS or her parent schools: Sewanee Military Academy, Sewanee Academy, St. Andrew's School, and St. Mary's School.
